RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
To ensure that our valuable customers satisfy with the purchase, Yisheng is offering a 7 days return or exchange for all the product purchased from Yisheng's online store due to *wrong item(s) received, *item(s) different from description or *changed of mind. In condition of the returned goods/products will be checked with the Invoice or receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund or exchange. Yisheng Hardware & Timber Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost or damage during the return transit.
In addition, all products for return or exchange must be identified our support team by email/WhatsApp provided with products photo, invoice number, reason of return/exchange and your contact number prior return of the products to our store. Any incomplete details prior receive of return products will not be process.
Once we have checked and confirm the return goods/products, customer will receive their refund within 14-30 working days after the confirmation. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the postages/delivery fees due to change of mind condition and postages/delivery fees for exchange products will be collected prior delivery.
CANCELLATION ORDER
Customer are allowed to cancel the order before shipment and must be identified our support team by email/WhatsApp, except for orders of custom-ordered, Pre-order product or the ordered is in transit. For cancellation, once only per each order. The order will resume shipping process if you had previously withdrawn your cancellation request.
WARRANTIES CLAIM
All mentioned warranty periods are under the condition of access to the Product by our representative to verify by return the product to Yisheng’s warehouse or you can send your faulty product direct to manufacture. All warranties will be covered by the respective brand manufacturer, or supplier, of the goods; warranty period might vary according to the type of product.
The original warranty card and purchase receipt is required to be presented for any warranty claims and you may need to specify at least the following information (additional information can be requested):- Details of the defective Products, Installation date, invoice date; Detailed problem description, Photos (and videos if possible) of defective product.
Yisheng can charge Client for returned Products that are not found to be defective or non-conforming, in addition to shipping-, test-, and handling costs associated therewith.
